Circle Cinema is Tulsa's nonprofit arthouse theater and one of the last continuously operating cinemas in Oklahoma. The 1928 building has been lovingly restored, and the programming is exactly what a small city's arthouse should be — independent films, documentaries, classic revivals, and the occasional blockbuster that deserves the big screen.
The concession stand has real food and local beer, the seats are comfortable, and the audience knows how to watch a movie — phones off, attention on. Supporting Circle Cinema feels like supporting the idea that culture matters in a mid-size American city.
