A small, unassuming concrete circle on the pedestrian bridge at 1st Street and Boston Avenue with a genuinely mysterious acoustic anomaly — stand in the center, speak, and your voice echoes back to you amplified and distorted, while people standing just outside the circle hear nothing unusual. Engineers have never fully explained it. It's weird, it's free, and it's one of the most uniquely Tulsa things you can experience.
